Terms of Service

1. Overview

Welcome to NRC Fab. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NRC Fab. We operate this website and store using Shopify.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy are available through our website and apply to your use of the store and purchases.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections you have under applicable law.

2. Customer Information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, shipping, and vehicle information. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

3. Products and Fitment

Please review the product description, vehicle compatibility, included components, and selected options before ordering. Product photos may show optional components or finishes; the product description and your selected options identify what is included in your purchase.

Colors and finishes may appear different depending on your screen. Fabricated parts may have minor cosmetic variations that do not affect their intended function.

Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about fitment or compatibility. Installation should be performed by someone qualified to complete the work safely. Products must be installed and used in accordance with applicable instructions and laws.

4. Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Payment is collected at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order.

We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, product unavailability, inaccurate information, or a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and refund the canceled items and applicable charges.

Changes to prices or product descriptions do not retroactively change an accepted order without your agreement.

5. Fabrication and Lead Times

Our current fabrication and handling lead time is 1–4 weeks before shipment. This allows time to fabricate, finish, and prepare parts for shipping. Carrier transit time is additional.

A product shown as available or in stock may still require fabrication or finishing before shipment. Availability does not necessarily mean the item is ready to ship immediately.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate, and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible once an order ships.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If a package is damaged, missing, or delayed, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

You may cancel an order for a full refund before fabrication begins.

Once work begins on custom-fabricated or custom-finished parts, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations. These items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns after delivery. Custom items will be identified in the product description or options before checkout.

Standard, non-custom parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition. Contact us before shipping a return.

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

These restrictions do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, qualifying shipping delays, or refunds required by law. Our Return and Refund Policy governs cancellation and return eligibility, procedures, and refund timing.

8. Product Issues

Contact us promptly if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when possible.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. NRC Fab covers related shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear is not itself a manufacturing defect. This does not limit rights or warranties that apply by law.

9. Relationship With Shopify

NRC Fab is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with NRC Fab. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and NRC Fab, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with NRC Fab.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared.

Shopify and other service providers process information as needed to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, and provide related services. Their processing may also be subject to their own privacy policies.

11. Website Content and Acceptable Use

Our branding, photographs, product descriptions, and other original website content belong to NRC Fab or their respective owners. You may not reproduce or use this content commercially without permission from the rights holder.

You may not use the website for unlawful activity, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the store’s operation.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links or tools provided by third parties. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their websites or services.

13. Errors and Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct errors and will contact you if a correction affects your order.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. This does not change our obligations for orders already placed or our responsibilities under applicable law.

14. Liability and Consumer Rights

To the extent permitted by law, NRC Fab is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or product misuse.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, overrides an express product promise, or limits applicable consumer rights, warranties, or remedies.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Wisconsin law and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on our website. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce your rights for an existing order.
