Shipping Policy

Processing and Lead Times

NRC Fab parts are made to order. Please allow 1–4 weeks after placing your order for fabrication, finishing, and shipment. Carrier transit time is additional.

If your order experiences a delay, we’ll contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Rates

Our current flat shipping rates are:

• Cummins Coolant Pipes: $49

• S400 Turbo Kits: $199

• TIPM Relocations: $19

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Orders containing products from different shipping groups will have those groups’ shipping charges added together. Multiple items within the same shipping group currently share that group’s flat rate.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent because of an incorrect address.

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue. Please keep the packaging and take photos of any damage to the package and its contents.
